The biggest reason is hidden damage. Appraisers do not intentionally overlook damage. They can only write down what they see. Today's vehicles are complex. Manufacturers hide components behind bumpers and fenders, hidden parts may sustain damage during an accident. The truth is it is impossible to give an accurate estimate just looking at the exterior panels.

Our new damage analysis team uses our "X-RA" procedure to write a thorough, comprehensive report of the damage. Our highly trained team will scrutinize all the damage inside, outside, and under your vehicle. The "X-RA Report" will list all of the parts, labor, and materials that are needed to repair your vehicle.

Our technicians use only the finest material and equipment. Each vehicle is repaired to factory specifications on our State-of-the-Art collision repair system. Only the highest quality parts are used to ensure proper body panel alignment. Special attention is paid to make sure body lines are restored to factory specifications. Precision alignment equipment capable of aligning today's hi-tech front and/or rear wheel drives makes sure your vehicle performs like new. All bodywork is thoroughly inspected by our Quality Assurance team prior to entering the refinishing department.
Painting

We have made a major investment in the finest painting system available. We take special pride in our ability to match factory finishes as the final step in our restoration process. Only factory matched finishes are used, with special attention to paint texture, gloss, and hue. Your vehicle will be refinished to match original color as well as texture and durability.
